It was created by Sam Ross and Michael McIlroy, shaped by their years at Milk & Honey under Sasha Petraske. At 134 Eldridge Street on the Lower East Side, it keeps the pacing calm and the drinks precise, with bartenders who ask a few smart questions and then build something tailored.
